Autoworld welcomes Swedish revival in Chesterfield. 30 years ago, ABBA were flying high in the charts and Chesterfield had its own premium Swedish car dealer at Brimington Road. Three decades on, and Autoworld of Chesterfield has welcomed the coveted Volvo franchise back to Chesterfield. The Volvo showroom will resume the position and site that it occupied back in the 70s.

Autoworld has invested heavily in the workshop facilities at Volvo Chesterfield so that the manufacturer-trained technicians have access to the latest franchise-specific tooling and diagnostic technology. The dealership’s workshop operation is managed by Andy Lunn who has 29 years of Volvo experience, with all his knowledge gained whilst working in North Derbyshire.

One team member, Steve Hickin, is a Level 4 technician which is one of the highest grades it is possible to reach. Level 2 technician, Daniel Lees, was ‘IMI (Institute of the Motor Industry) Student of The Year’ in 2007, and was presented with his award by Prince Michael of Kent.

Courtesy cars or collection and delivery can be offered by prior arrangement and Volvo parts and accessories can be supplied to both trade and retail customers.
