We are delighted to confirm that the eagerly awaited Abarth "Record Monza" exhaust systems are ready for launch. The first system in this range is for the Abarth 500 and below you will find a picture. The "Record Monza" system features a unique "Dual Mode" valve which allows the exhaust to benefit from enhanced performance characteristics as well as purposeful Abarth soundtrack.

Usually, throught the reading of the Story of success brands it is possible to find ideas for the development of products that are able to express the most technologically advanced know how being the continuity of an emotional story. During the 60’s as a natural extension of the Abarth accessories range for the 595 and 695 Abarth commercializes the Fusina seats. At that time Roberto Fusina himself suggested to insert those sporty seats into the Abarth range.
The main feature of these seats was the presence of containing sides and a sporty and rounded shape on the top. The lightness and the body retention during road bends was the peculiarity of the Fusina seats that were the ideal choice for race and road use. Thanks to the reading of this story and also to the help of our partner and technological leader in this sector, Sabelt, that Abarth is launching the new “Abarth Corse Seats by Sabelt” for the Grande Punto Abarth.

Abarth Corse Seats by Sabelt for Abarth Grande Punto will be available in these two varieties :
Black Technical fabric “Formula 1” (the same used on cars such as Ferrari 430  Scuderia)
Leather “Pelle Frau” mixed with alcantara

Designed by Sabelt with the cooperation of the “Centro Stile Abarth” these seats are characterised by the sporty shape with pronounced structural containing sides.
The backrest is provided with an unhook lever that allows the seat to go forward to ease the passengers access.
The headrest integrates a loophole to provide access to 4 points seat belts and the Abarth writing.
The structural backrest is made by polyester resin with the add of fibreglass using an advanced moulding technology called SMC (Sheet Moulding Compound). The seats includes the regulation of the longitudinal position and the reclining knob with the Scorpio logo inserted on it while the height regulation and the side bag is not anymore available. It is important to underline that the Abarth Corse Seats by Sabelt for Grande Punto passed the most severe quality and crash controls and are homologated and compliant to the strictest security regulations.
